Brillantina is a family café bar, the first ever opened in Kolymbia in 1986 and since then it has changed 3 generations from father to son!
We welcome you in our courtyard, a square with a fountain and a big screen with a projector to sit back and enjoy music selected by us in jazz, reggae, 80's and rock!
Our menu includes delicious and popular cocktails, first quality drinks, Kraft beers from Greek microbreweries and Rhodian draught beer served in an exquisitely chilled glass, cool local soft drinks, milkshakes and a variety of choices for your coffee or tea! Also for those who want to pair their drink with food, we have great pasta, fresh pizza, burgers, crepes and unique ice cream combinations!
